This was a GREAT class so relaxing and very clear instructions. The space is lovely and the equipment is clean and well looked after. We booked on to the next day as soon as the class was finished. Thank you.

Lam the yoga teacher was great, I attended two classes whilst in ninh binh. The yoga flow she taught were amazing and she has a calm persona. The studio is away from the noise of the busy road, and it has a nice calming atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Fui a una clase de yoga por la mañana que estuvo buenisima, el único detalle fue que había mucho ruido afuera porque estaban construyendo, pero no hay nada que puedan hacer. Luego me tome un salt coffee que fue de los mejores que he tomado en todo vieran, por solo 35k. Recomendadisimo!

Came across this place by seeing a poster on a pole outside the hotel I way staying in. I went solo to the evening class and it was brilliant, good mix of challenging and relaxing. The venue was beautiful, clean and had all the equipment needed. The teacher was great at giving adaptations if anything way too challenging. Enjoyed it so much that I booked on to another class the following morning. Thank you, what a lovely way to spend time in Ninh Binh

I enjoy practice with Lan. Have bought 10 sessions and keep coming back. From meditation to different flows with diverse intensities to sound healing sessions. The location is also very peaceful. If you lool for some healing time with and for yourself you are right here. A shame that there are no more reviews yet.
